900 g brussels sprouts, trimmed and tough outer leaves removed, if needed
75g soft butter
Cornish Salt Seaweed flakes

Instructions
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the sprouts and boil for 5-8min (depending on size) until just tender. Drain and return to the pan.
Add the butter and the Seaweed salt flakes, and stir until the butter has melted and coats the Brussels. Transfer to a warm dish and sprinkle with a little extra Seaweed Salt flakes to serve.
