Ingredients
4 corn on the cobs175g unsalted butter, to room temperature
2 tbsps of Cornish Seaweed salt
A few grinds of a pepper mill
Instructions
Simmer and cook your corn on the cobs in a pan of salted water for roughly 10 mins.
While the corn is cooking mix the soften butter, black pepper and Cornish Seaweed Salt together.
Once the corns are ready smoother in the butter and eat straight away.
