100gm dark chocolate
4 peeled satsuma or clementine based on 1 per person (remove as much rind/white as possible for maximum sweetness)
Sprinkle of Cornish Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions
Line a baking tray with grease proof paperBreak the chocolate up in pieces and melt in a pan (or you can cheat with a microwave and zap for 30 seconds, check, stir and repeat until melted.
Dip each orange segment halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle each chocolate slice with Cornish Sea Salt flakes.
Refrigerate them until the chocolate coating is solid and crunchy (approx. 15 mins).
