Easy Slow Cooker Bolognese Recipe with Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery

Ingredients

700g beef mince
1 white onion, finally chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 sticks of celery, chopped
2 tbsps of tomato paste
2 tbsps of oregano
2 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes
1 cube of beef stock
200 ml red wine (optional)
Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery

To Serve:
Spaghetti
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Finish with Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery

Instructions

  1. Pop all your ingredients into the slow cooker give it a good stir and cook for either 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high - it's as easy as that!
  2. Serve with spaghetti or your chosen pasta and finish with a generous grating of parmesan and a good pinch of Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery blend.
