Ingredients
1 part: Belvoir Elderflower & Rose CordialFresh mango
Fresh lemon
2 parts: apple juice
1 part: soda water
Original Cornish Sea Salt
Ice
Instructions
- Rub the fresh lemon around the rim of the glass and then place the rim in delicately filtered Original Cornish Sea Salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Blend a few cubes of sweet mango with crisp apple juice and the Elderflower & Rose cordial.
- Pour the blend over ice.
- Top up your fruity mix with soda water.
- Garnish with mango peel and enjoy your royally refreshing mocktail.
