Smoky Espresso Martini

Ingredients

100ml Vodka
50ml Kahlua
50ml Fresh Espresso
Pinch of Cornish Sea Salt Smoked Flakes
Ice

Rich, velvety Espresso Martinis elevated with a hint of our Smoked Sea Salt Flakes, adding a subtle, smoky depth that perfectly balances the coffee and sweetness - a sophisticated festive cocktail. Recipe created by Martyn Odelle AKA Lagom Chef.

Instructions

1 - Add all the ingredients to the Smeg Multi Milk Frother, with 3 ice cubes, and mix with the cold setting. You may also use a Cocktail Shaker with plenty of ice cubes and shake very hard until the shaker goes frosty on the outside. 

2 - Pour or strain into a cold Martini glass through a sieve and enjoy!
