Kicking off Veganuary with our smokey Vegan burgers 😍 Our Smoked Sea Salt is your best friend when it comes to adding flavour to your food!

Instructions

Start by finely slicing up the vegetables. Then put them in a hot oiled pan to cook until soft. Set aside.

Drain and rinse the tin of black beans. Empty into a bowl and use the back of a fork to mash slightly, leaving some beans whole. Add the cooked brown rice, tomato puree and marmite. Tip in the cooked vegetables from the frying pan. Season with garlic granules, paprika and smoked Cornish Sea Salt.

Add the panko breadcrumbs then mix all together. If the mixture is a little bit wet, add some additional breadcrumbs. If too dry, add a splash of water.

Shape into patties either free hand or using a cookie cutter with a clingfilm cover. Tip the burger into a hot oiled pan and allow to brown on one side before flipping.

Prepare all of your favourite burger garnishes then build & tuck in.

Note: burger mix keeps in the fridge 2/3 days if you have left overs. Our Smoked Sea Salt Flakes are also available at Sainsburys.
