Roasted Macadamia Nuts

Serves 4



150g shelled macadamia nuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp smoked sea salt
1 tsp coconut flakes



Preheat your oven to 180˚C and melt your coconut oil in a small pan.
Spread out your macadamia nuts on a silicone baking sheet and drizzle with the warm oil and honey.

Coat evenly and then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Place your roasted nuts into a bowl and season generously with Sea Salt Smoked Flakes and coconut flakes while still hot.

Serve warm for a lovely snack with a chilled drink, perfect with the first BBQ of the season.
