Pork Belly with Smoked Sea Salt

Ingredients

2kg belly pork
1 tsp Smoked Sea Salt
Rapeseed oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Milled Black Pepper

The smoky flavour adds a real twist to this deliciously juicy dish!

Instructions

  • Mix the paprika, pepper & smoked sea salt.
  • Drizzle the pork belly with some rapeseed oil.
  • Rub in the smoked salt rub.
  • Roast in the low oven (130 degrees) for 120 minutes until cooked.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to rest before slicing.
