Over four days at Tobacco Dock, Meatopia brings together more than 70 chefs and thousands of food lovers for one of the UK's most celebrated live-fire cooking festivals.
At Cornish Sea Salt, we've always believed great seasoning has one job above all else, helping ingredients taste more like themselves.

Throughout the festival, Cornish Sea Salt Flakes will be used by chefs cooking over wood and charcoal, helping bring their dishes to life. We're proud to support an event built on craftsmanship, quality ingredients and a genuine respect for flavour.
This year's line-up features some of the most exciting names in live-fire cooking, including Genevieve Taylor, Melissa Thompson, Adriana Cavita, Nathan Chapman and Mark O'Brien, alongside dozens more chefs travelling from across the UK and beyond to cook at Tobacco Dock.
Hand-harvested from the Celtic waters off Cornwall, our salt retains 70 naturally occurring minerals and is enjoyed in 38 countries around the world. Yet the thinking behind it remains beautifully simple.
Great food deserves great seasoning.
