The festive season is fast approaching and so comes the start of true winter dishes with maximum flavour. So, what’s in season in November?
 
 

The festive season is fast approaching and so comes the start of true winter dishes with maximum flavour.

We’re thinking hearty stews, roasted root veg and sweet puddings are on the menu. As always, we want maximum flavour, which comes from using key ingredients that are in season and in their prime. So take some inspiration and get in the kitchen!

So, what’s in season in November?

Veg – Brussel sprouts, celeriac, jerualem artichoke, swede, kale

Meat – Venison, duck

Fruit – Dates, clementine, pears

Fish – Mussels, scallops, haddock
