On top of our range of carefully filleted and whole fresh fish and shellfish, our team of talented chefs here in Cornwall prepare restaurant-worthy seafood dishes which are easy for you to assemble at home with zero stress and maximum flavour.

We work closely with the boats and markets around the Cornish and South West Coast, and as a result, we can tell you the provenance and catch method of everything we offer. We refuse to sell species that are unsustainable, either in terms of catch method, the environment, ethics or stock levels.
